Kitchen
A large kitchen which is fully equipped to cater for family or friends getting together. Vaulted ceiling and small windows overlooking the river. Electric Range cooker with double oven & grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Breakfast bar with stools. Coffee pod machine & cafetiere's.
Living/Dining Room
Door through to a lovely open plan, living/dining area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and a large fireplace (logs provided - seasonal). Sofas & arm chairs. An entertainment system including a Smart TV, DVD and SONOS sound system.
A large dining table seating up to 11-14 and sliding door leading out to the garden.
At the rear of the property is a second sitting room/Playroom/TV room with an additional Smart TV, DVD and sofas. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom if needed due to having a king size sofa bed (This must be requested on booking if required).
Dancers Cottage has a laundry cupboard in the hallway with tumble dryer and washing machine.
Highchair & travel cot are also available but please request on booking (there is a small charge for these). Please note that you will need to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have/provide this.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with Super King bed, fitted wardrobe. En-suite shower room with underfloor heating

OUTSIDE:
Fenced and gated/enclosed garden with lovely lawn area. Patio area with a large table & lots of chairs (extras can be found in the garden shed), parasol. A Charcoal BBQ & a Gas BBQ (charcoal and gas are both provided - seasonal)
Large wooden gates enclose the courtyard/parking. Parking for up to 4 cars. Additional parking for 1-3 cars is available opposite the property if needed (please enquire on booking)
The River Leach flows adjacent to the property behind a low stone wall, so children and dogs should be supervised when playing in the garden at all times. Please note there is strictly no swimming or paddling allowed in the river.
Dog friendly – up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £40 per dog. Please note that dogs must be kept downstairs at all times and kept off all furniture. Please also note that dogs are not allowed in the river next to the house.
Dancers Cottage has an inflatable 6 person hot tub. This must be requested on booking and is at an additional cost of £220.00 per week or £150.00 per short break.
Wood burner – please note that logs are only supplied to guests between 1st October – 30th April.
Charcoal BBQ & Gas BBQ – available between 1st April – 30th September unless otherwise requested.
Located in Lechlade, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Thames Path and Witney Lakes Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Cotswold Wildlife Park and Crocodiles of the World.
