Also a great base with access to Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, and the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe where you will find Sudeley Castle. There is racing at Cheltenham and Stratford on Avon, and the The Prescott Hill climb which holds motoring event or a little closer to home visit Toff's Pottery , Beckford Silk and Teddington Store where you will find some fantastic local produce to enjoy during your stay. After a taking in the beauty of this peaceful hamlet a warm welcome awaits you in the hallway with its traditional bench, washing machine and ample space for coats and boots. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with French doors bringing in the light and the exposed beams complimenting the contemporary design of the property, it is a perfect space for couples to relax, with a comfy sofa and the TV which are inviting for a cosy evening in. The kitchen is well equipped with a combined electric oven/microwave, electric hob and fridge/freezer. The dining area is set neatly to side with seating for four if you wish to have friends to supper. When the day is done you will find a good sized bedroom with garden views, king size bed and wardrobe with hanging space. The en suite shower room has a large double shower cubicle and WC. The self contained garden located next to the property is just perfect to watch village life go by, with a table and chairs and with a lawned area and low stone wall giving a view across the village. The property also benefits from a balcony from the reception room with table and chairs and steps leading to a private fenced garden. Village pub is re open for January 2020 under new management. There is off road parking for one car.
