The lodge has a very luxurious bedroom with a king size bed and a tiled en-suite shower room with a powerful rain shower. White wall interior and wooden floor gives it a cool, contemporary feel to the open plan space. A large comfy corner sofa to relax in, whilst looking out into your own private garden overlooking the trees and babbling stream. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine.

The Lodge has its own private garden area with table and chairs and the use of a BBQ, along with shared use of a further 7 acres of carefully maintained gardens and pasture. Baynam brook flows through the estate with a large willow tree along the bank creating a very tranquil setting.

The village of Longhope has a wealth of activities including a Cookery School, Battlesports, Clay Pigeon Shooting and visits to our local Brewery.
There are castles to explore, trekking, cycling and Go Ape in the ancient Forest of Dean and kayaking down the River Wye.
We are in the perfect location to visit the historic market towns of Ross on Wye and Monmouth, with the City of Gloucester just 10 minutes’ drive away. Slightly further afield are Cheltenham Spa, Bath Cardiff, Bristol and Birmingham.
Located in Longhope, this lodge is in a rural area. Sculpture Trail and Forest Hills Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Gloucester Docks and Gloucester Quays. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's going on at Kingsholm Stadium, or consider a night out at Elmore Court. Rafting and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and mountain climbing nearby.
