Step on through into the lounge, where the exposed beams, leaded windows and inglenook fireplace are again complemented by vibrant coloured sofas creating the perfect space to relax with friends, there is a wood burner and TV. Step into the kitchen where you will be pleasantly surprised by the vaulted ceilings, the dark grey units finished with brass handles and granite work tops will impress the best of chefs. This space is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower over bath and WC. So, when the day is done climb the cottage stairs where you will find two bedrooms on the first floor. A twin room with leaded windows offering views onto the lane and single room with leaded windows and village views. Climb the steep turning cottage stairs to the second floor where you will find a super king size bedroom within the eaves, an original dorma window offering views onto the lane and church steeple, there is also an en suite WC. Open the doors as you make your morning coffee, the cottage gardens offer a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. There is off road parking for two cars and bicycle storage.
