The kitchen area is contemporary and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The lounge area is complemented with two sofas and a TV, making it a great space for relaxing and catching up with friends. The dining area is set behind the lounge area with a table that will comfortably seat six guests. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a queen size room that enjoys views out across the lake, and a double room that has a door adjoining a further double room. There is a bathroom with hand held shower attachment and WC. From the lounge, bifold patio doors open directly out onto an enclosed terrace, a space that s perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. There are a table and chairs, allowing you to dine alfresco and take in fantastic views over Spring Lake. Off road allocated parking is available. On site, you will find a children s play area and there s access to the Cotswold Water Park, offering opportunities for water skiing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, horse riding, golfing, fishing and paintballing.
