Nestled within the Cotswold Water Park, a fantastic location for a fun filled break with a great mix of activities available to satisfy all ages. Try your hand at paddle boarding, sailing, windsurfing or simply head out on a lovely walk around the lakes taking in the picturesque countryside. On site there are plenty of activities to choose from including tennis courts, children s play area and indoor games room with a pool table, table football and video games. The lodge is an ideal base to explore the stunning local area with Cirencester, the Capital of the Cotswolds, 5.7 miles away. Tetbury is 13 miles away with its eclectic mix of antique shops and Highgrove House and Gardens, home to King Charles. After an adventure filled day enjoying the area, make your way back to your lake front lodge to relax. As you enter the lodge you are greeted with the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area which has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a self catered stay. The kitchen is fully equipped giving you the opportunity to dine in together as a group. The area has some fantastic local produce, so you will be able to cook up a storm with some fine quality ingredients that you discover when you are out and about. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas which can turn into a sofa bed sleeping one extra guest and a Smart TV. There is also a dining table that will comfortably seat everyone. Upstairs there are three bedroom, one king size, one double and one single. The king size room has a lovely en suite shower room and there is a further bathroom. From the lounge, head out on the decking which overlooks the lake and has outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ. It is a wonderful space to enjoy a meal with friends and family or simply enjoy the serenity whilst looking out across the water. The owner has provided a paddleboard and inflatable kayak that can be used on Windrush Lake, just a short walk away but please note lifejackets are not provided. This property has a private water supply.
