Cirencester offers a variety of boutique shops, fine pubs, cafes and restaurants. Nearby you ll find Cheltenham, Bath and the popular town of Tetbury, home of the royal residence at Highgrove Gardens. This New England style lake house offers a warm welcome to all that come and stay, climb the steps to the front door and step into the entrance hall, a great place to leave the day behind with room for your coats and boots. There is a shower room with shower and WC accessed off the hallway. Continue through the hallway into the lounge/kitchen/diner a room finished in a contemporary style enjoying views across the lakes. The lounge area is complemented with a corner sofa and wall mounted TV, which is great for relaxing and catching up with friends. The dining area is set to the side with a table that will comfortably seat six guests. The kitchen area is contemporary and well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. So, after a busy day exploring the water park climb the stairs where you will find three bedrooms. A double with a large wardrobe and views onto the water park and two further double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC on this floor. From the lounge, bi folding patio doors open directly out onto the balcony along with an electric sun awning so you can relax even in the heat of the day. A space that s perfect for relaxing in the evening sun, there is a private hot tub (available from 8am 10pm) along with plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ, allowing you to dine alfresco and take in fantastic views over Spring Lake. Off road parking is available. On site you will find a children s play area and there s access to the Cotswold Water Park, offering opportunities for water skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, horse riding, golfing, fishing and paintballing.
