The kitchen is a spacious well- equipped area which includes a Siemens double oven and integrated dishwasher, gas hob with ceiling extractor fan, sage coffee machine, integrated fridge above freezer, wall cupboards and shelving, mirrored splashback, single stainless-steel sink and separate quooker tap. Large kitchen island with seating area for 2 including a 41’’ Samsung TV with online services such as Netflix and prime.
By the kitchen, there is a cosy small snug area made up of 2 comfy chairs and a wood burner, perfect for relaxing and part of the open plan living.
A large extendable stylish white dining table sits central in the room with seating for 8 people and flows to the living area of the room. The living room benefits from a very comfortable corner sofa which seats approx. 6 people and a large Samsung curved tv including sky.
To the left of the living room, there is a separate TV/play room which includes a 4-seater sofa and 47’’ Samsung tv with online service such as Apple TV, Netflix and Prime. A collection of toys, children books and games to keep the little ones entertained.
All ground floor rooms benefit from striking floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead onto the deck where you will be overwhelmed by fabulous views of Longdoles Lake and where an abundance of wild fowl can be discovered.
Whilst making the most of the view the decking has an outside dining table with 6 chairs, a coal BBQ, various lounge chairs for your pleasure. 2 kayaks and a paddle board with access to the lake via the private jetty to the side of the veranda (Please note that from October to March access to the lake is suspended in order to protect the over-wintering bird population. This restriction applies to kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming).
