Bryn Eira Stables is a holiday house that’s a part of a larger L-shaped barn conversion with a courtyard in the centre. Nestled in peaceful countryside in the Anglesey village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, you’re sure to have a happy family holiday here. You enter into the hallway and to the left is a large bedroom with a king-sized bed. In here there’s also a sofa for relaxing with a TV. There’s a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for storing your clothes. If you turn to the right in the entrance hall then you’ll come across a downstairs shower room with a shower, loo, wash basin and heated towel rail. Steps from the hallway lead up into the first kitchen which is well-equipped with a double oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven. There’s also a breakfast bar that seats six - a morning cuppa with an old-fashioned paper is a must here. A door from the kitchen leads into a bright, good-sized sitting room with traditional beams on the ceiling. Sofas surround a multi fuel log burning stove, making this a comforting and cosy room in the winter months. A 43" Smart TV with Freeview, and DVD/CD players provide the entertainment. There is a conservatory up a few steps from the sitting room. This room has comfy furniture and at night, with the fairy lights across the ceiling lit, it makes for an ideal relaxation room with good company and a glass of wine or a beer! There is also a dining table and chairs, rattan seating, and a radiator for when it gets chilly. Open the doors if you like and let the fresh air in, too. The doors from this room open out into the garden. Upstairs and to the right is a large king-sized bedroom with an ensuite with a bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin. Opposite this room is a small twin bedroom. In the L-shape, there is a further, large dining/kitchen space, a shower room and two further bedrooms. The large kitchen and dining room, has a farmhouse table with ten chairs. There are kitchen cabinets on three sides of the room, a fridge/freezer, a second dishwasher and electric oven. There is a large shower room with loo and wash hand basin off the kitchen/dining room. There is one double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. Separate from Bryn Eira Stables, but around the same courtyard is a games room with a TV, DVD player, a small pool table and sofas - this even has its own loo! A perfect place for children of all ages to have fun in a space of their own. That means space for the adults in the main house, too! There’s a large enclosed garden laid mainly to lawn with trees and shrubs, too. Out here children can play happily and safely, and families can make use of the large charcoal BBQ. There is farmland just over the wall so the bleating of sheep can often be heard! This fab family holiday house, which sleeps ten, has plenty of space to enjoy so you won’t feel like you’re tripping over your fellow guests’ feet! Enjoy the social space of the conservatory year-round, settle in front of the fire, or take a trip to the pool.That’s right - the owners of Bryn Eira Stables also offer the shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool throughout the year! Bryn Eira Stables is a holiday house in LlanfairPG (as the locals call it!) and it’s just off the A55. This makes it an ideal base for exploring all that Anglesey and wider North Wales has to offer. The village has two pubs, a Spar, Co-Op, and a petrol garage, meaning you don’t have to stray far for the essentials! If there are more than ten in your party you can also rent out The Tack Room (1008818) which sleeps 4 and is around the same courtyard.
