The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round for a meal, play board games and enjoy the rural views, maybe open the doors to the balcony and listen out for seagulls and birdsong. Relax on the comfortable sofas, light the wood burner for cosy nights in, catch up on the family news or watch a good film. Also on this floor is a sumptuous king size bedroom with en suite shower room and WC. There is a separate WC and access up the stairs to a single bedroom with daybed and TV, it can also be used as a TV room with fascinating views into the heart of the house. Head back down the bespoke stairs to the ground floor with a choice of two spacious doubles or the family room with super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) with additional single bed. All the bedrooms have lovely views, creative furniture, indulgent linen and soft towels. The stylish bathroom has a freestanding bath, shower and WC perfectly designed to unwind in a bubble bath. The utility room is along the corridor with washer/dryer. This peaceful location encourages relaxation, a good night s sleep and refreshes you for the day ahead. The enclosed garden has a raised lawn and paved area with table and chairs, a portable BBQ, just perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the countryside. There is plenty of space to store your bicycles and canoe and has ample off road parking at the property. Exclusive hot tub available to relax in at the end of the day.
