The ground floor has a family room with en-suite, whilst on the first floor there is a king-size double bedroom with en-suite cloakroom, along with a single and a twin room. Finally, on the second floor is another family room, again with en-suite facilities. There's also a beautiful family bathroom on the first floor with a deep double-ended bath and double walk-in shower. Outside this wonderful property there is ample parking and a garage which has lots of room for bikes, kayaks, surfboards and wetsuits. The front of the property has been landscaped and finished with palms and potted plants, and not forgetting the balcony with those stunning coastal views. At the rear there is a fabulous terrace and patio, different levels offer a different experience with garden furniture, a wonderful rattan dining set perfect for alfresco dining, a BBQ, sun and of course the fantastic hot tub which can sit 4-6 guests. Dyffryn is a picturesque Welsh village with pubs, eating establishments, café and shops. Without doubt this area has one of the nicest beaches along the Cambrian Coast, plus miles of stunning walks. Harlech with its majestic 13th century castle is only 5 miles away, now a World Heritage Site, and the most impressive of all the castles built in North Wales by Edward I. In the other direction is Barmouth, with its quaint shops, quayside restaurants and Blue Flag beach making a great day out for everyone. A little further afield are the full delights of the Snowdonia National Park, with picturesque walks, lakes and waterfalls for hikers to enjoy.
