Trearddur View is a wonderful detached property situated in a prime position in the centre of Trearddur Bay, on the Isle of Anglesey, less than 100 meters from the beach and a stone’s throw from all the amenities. Perfect for families or a group of friends, this cottage provides a great base from which to explore all Wales has to offer, and is ideally situated for a fun seaside holiday for all the family. The cottage has a spacious interior, arranged over three floors with the top floor of the property enjoying glimpses of both the Irish sea to the right and the Inland sea to the left, through the large velux windows. On the ground floor the kitchen has plenty of worktop space and cupboards, and all appliances are integrated with the addition of a very useful breakfast bar and dining area with seating set up for ten people. This extends into the spacious, modern lounge with a woodstove fire and plenty of seating. A Bluetooth stereo with unlimited access to spotify, a Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview and free access to a ‘Les Mills work out app’ for those that like to keep fit in the comfort of the cottage. From the lounge, you can enjoy the conservatory which is fully stocked with fun and games for both adults and children with plentiful board games, toys, television, DVD and XBOX as well as a table football. On the second floor there are four large bedrooms, one enjoying a king-size bed, one double and 2 x twin bedrooms as well as a spacious and well-appointed family bathroom which has a bath as well as a separate walk-in shower. The third floor of the cottage boasts a large room for relaxation where you can unwind with one of the many provided books and enjoy the glimpses of the sea out of the large windows. Also on the top floor is an additional large bedroom with striking feature beams. There is parking for five cars, and the enclosed patio enjoys a wonderful sunny aspect for most of the day. Relax and enjoy the sunshine and as the sun starts to set, sit on the comfy sofa reminiscing on the day and continue enjoying the outdoors long into the evening with the outdoor fire pit/BBQ. Or take advantage of the large hot tub, which sits under a gazebo, so whatever the weather, you can always enjoy a long and relaxing soak. Trearddur View is centrally located in the heart of Trearddur bay and is less than a two-minute stroll to the sandy beach and all the amenities. There is a selection of shops, fine pubs and restaurants as well as a famous ice cream shop that are all within easy walking distance. Watersports, sailing, windsurfing, rib rides and coasteering are a popular activity around the bay, especially in the summer months. Fishing, rock pooling, crabbing, paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming, discovering the numerous coves, are activities that are enjoyed all year round. It is also a great place for nature lovers with renowned bird watching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to accompany your stay.
