Ty Coch is a spacious, three-storey detached cottage near the centre of Llanberis. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a twin and a king-size double on the first floor and a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin on the lower ground floor. There is also a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a balcony and a cloakroom on the ground floor and completing the lower ground floor is a bathroom, utility and games room. Outside is a lawned garden with a decked patio overlooking a stream and off road parking for four cars. Ty Coch is a fantastic base for families looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park.

In fact, Llanberis is something of a mecca for walkers and climbers, being the starting point for the ascent of Snowdon - the highest mountain in England and Wales. The ascent can be made either by train via the Snowdon Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit.

Tyddyn Mawr Golf Club and Miner's Track are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Eryri National Park and Padarn Country Park.
