Y Gorlan is a grand five-bedroom detached house located in Rowen near Conwy, North Wales. Formerly a 19th-century village vicarage, the property has been extensively refurbished to combine contemporary and traditional elements. It is situated within the Snowdonia National Park, close to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Conwy, making it an ideal family-friendly accommodation for up to 10 guests. The property has been awarded five stars by Visit Wales and Visit Wales Cyclists and Walkers Welcome Award.

The house features a tastefully decorated sitting room with Sky TV and a woodburning stove, as well as an additional sitting room with plush seating and views of The Carneddau mountain range. The fully-equipped kitchen by French designer, Mobalpa, is a haven for chefs, and there is a large solid oak dining table for 10 guests. Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed gardens with a barbecue and lawn games. The ground floor includes a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to a cloakroom.

Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms - two king-size and two doubles - each with their own en-suite shower room, hairdryers, and fans. Nearby, guests can visit the welcoming Ty Gwyn for a meal and local ales, as well as explore attractions in Conwy such as Conwy Castle, The Smallest House In Great Britain, and Plas Mawr. The location offers plenty of activities including circular walks, cycling trails, Bodnant Gardens, outdoor sports, Snowdon Peak, and Zip World Llechwedd.

For further exploration, guests can visit Llandudno for views from the Great Orme, grey seals at Angel Bay, live performances at Venue Cymru, and two beautiful beaches.
