The dining room seats up to 16, two large tables in the main room and adjoining turret.The room boasts sea views from every direction and there is a large gas fire to provide warmth and atmosphere.A perfect and setting for memorable evening meals with friends and family. The large kitchen is superbly equipped with all mod cons, cooking appliances and the adjoining utility room and pantry are very useful for storage. The bright and airy conservatory sits six, perfect for breakfast or a light lunch.It’s also the perfect spot to put your feet up on the large seats and sofa.The views are absolutely breath-taking, reaching out to sea with no interruptions.You can even see as far as Ireland on a clear day! Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom and bathroom. The first floor, you will find the master bedroom with panoramic sea views, king size bed with Tempur mattress, and an en-suite bathroom in the turret. This fantastically designed bathroom allows you to shower, whilst looking straight out to sea! There are a further two King size bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom all boasting sea views.All bedrooms are fitted with large built in wardrobes and most contain basins, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for a variety of group needs as well as ample storage for all your belongings.There is also a large family bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, you have an additional king size bedroom suite and a further single bedroom with bunk style bed.There is also an additional bathroom, which features sea views, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. Avilion is perfectly positioned to enjoy Trearddur Bay. It’s right on Porth Diana beach, yet elevated to afford some privacy and take advantage of the exceptional sea views. It is just a short walk into the centre of Treaddur Bay with the nearest pub and restaurant just a few minutes walk.Trearddur Bay benefits from several beautiful beaches where you can make everlasting memories with your loved ones.There are lots of watersports and activities on offer in the local area and Anglesey has amazing opportunities from golfing in Holyhead, birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve, and walking and cycling along the coast to name but a few.
