Close to both the open Forest and village centre of Lyndhurst, 1 The Custards is conveniently situated for your New Forest holiday, with lovely walks right from the front door. This semi-detached cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is pet friendly.
Downstairs an open plan lounge/diner has a gloriously glowing log burner to huddle around after long crisp winter walks. A Smart TV and huge selection of DVDs will keep the whole family entertained! French doors open onto the enclosed garden, with a mature catalpa tree giving dappled summertime shade. The well-equipped kitchen leads into a small utility area and onto the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, a twin and super king-size master with en suite shower room.
The New Forest National Park, with its free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys, is just a short walk from the front door, offering miles of paths and tracks to explore by foot, bicycle or horseback. Or stroll into the popular village of Lyndhurst with its many independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to tempt you. The Georgian coastal market town of Lymington, a pleasant 20-minute drive, has all your shopping and sailing needs. From here, you can also catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight for an exciting day out across The Solent!
