Genesta House is situated in a commanding position overlooking The Solent towards the Isle of Wight and The Needles beyond. The pebbled beach of Milford on Sea is just a short stroll from the property, which offers a stylish, contemporary base from which to explore this fabulous location.

The open plan living area, with bi-fold doors across the entire width of the lounge, ensures the stunning views are always on show, and calming seaside inspired colour schemes set the scene for your relaxing holiday. From the lounge, step up to the dining area and into the well-equipped kitchen which make for a sociable layout. Upstairs there are three stylish bedrooms over two floors, the master with en suite facilities, and a separate family bathroom.

Outside, the enclosed private garden has a raised terrace straight off the lounge with a bistro set for relaxing with your morning coffee and taking in the view. Steps lead down to a flat garden, with paving and mature planting, and another seating area along with a rattan dining set at the end of the garden where it is more sheltered.

Milford on Sea is a pretty coastal village with an array of independent shops, cafes and pubs centred around the village green. With its own wine bar, micro-brewery and renowned restaurants this vibrant spot has plenty to tempt you during your stay.

The New Forest National Park, with it’s free-roaming ponies, is just a short drive away, as is the Georgian market town of Lymington. From here, you can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight for an exciting day out, perhaps to visit The Needles themselves! Other local attractions include Hurst Castle and the Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve which can be explored on foot or by bike along the Solent Way. Breath-taking cliff top walks with spectacular views, great beaches and thriving wildlife make this a perfect holiday base.
