NEW FOR 2020
Set in a quiet residential area this attractive cottage offers fantastic holiday accommodation for up to four people. Carefully extended and refurbished the cottage exudes an ambiance of relaxation and welcome with comfortable living spaces, a cosy open fire for those out of season breaks, a sunny garden and ample parking.
From here you can easily walk to Burley village centre down the quite lane where you are likely to see the ponies and donkeys roaming free. During the Autumn pannage season you may see pigs ambling past – hence the name of the cottage! The village has several quirky shops many with a witch’s theme and a number of popular pubs and cafés. There are also two providers of beauty treatments in the village.
Burley is a great location if you are a keen cyclist with many routes starting from the village. Bring your own or hire from Forest Leisure Cycling in the village centre.
Located in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Piglets is the perfect cottage to stay in if you want to take advantage of the many outdoor activities on offer including walking, horse riding (riding stables in the village), and cycling. Just 20 minutes away you will find the sandy beaches of Highcliffe, Mudeford and Bournemouth with option to hire paddleboards, kayaks etc.
Please note that access to Piglets is via an unmade gravel track. Please drive carefully as there may be potholes.
