It was necessary because of guests that try to break rules (extra unauthorized guests, pets, high level of noise, unauthorised party etc) and for the apartment to be safe when we have empty periods.
No privacy concerns as the Security camera is instaled in the hallway, one meter inside from the apartment entrance door.
