Enter the cottage by the front porch, with space to for your coats and boots, which leads you into the spacious lounge with feature fireplace, wood burner and Smart TV, one end of this welcoming room is a snug area with doors out to the lovely garden, a perfect spot to curl up with a good book. If you decide to eat in there is a lovely kitchen to cook in, well equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge. There is a fridge/freezer, Dishwasher and washing machine in the back utility/boot room. The dining room enjoys beautiful views out across the Wye valley and is a lovely sunny spot to enjoy breakfast and plan the days activities. Also on the ground floor you will find a separate WC and the first of the four bedrooms , A spacious king size which has an en suite shower room which has a large walk in shower and WC. Up the stairs you will find a second king size bedroom, then one double and a twin bedroom. to finish off the accommodation there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The enclosed garden offers a table and chairs on the patio and a lovely lawned area as well as secure storage for bikes and canoes . There is parking for up to 3 cars.
