This traditional red brick farmhouse offers a warm welcome. Step in from the porch where you can leave welly boots after a day of exploring. The spacious entrance hall offers access to a lounge with a Smart TV and an open fire, where you can relax with friends (the first basket of logs is included from October to April). The hallway also offers access into the dining room which is great for entertaining with a generously sized table and chairs suitable for eight. The rear of the farmhouse offers a kitchen/breakfast room which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a table and chairs for four which is the perfect spot for a breakfast whilst planning the day ahead. There is a utility room with a washing machine and space for drying outdoor kit. The ground floor benefits from a shower room with a walk in shower and a WC. The first floor has a spacious landing with a large picture window where you can relax with a good book whilst enjoying the views. There are four bedrooms; to the front of the cottage is a generously sized super king size zip and link room (that can be made into a twin on request when booking), enjoying stunning views. There is also a double room with further views and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. To the rear of the cottage is another double bedroom with countryside views, plus a bunk bedroom with adult size bunk beds. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden where guests can enjoy dining out on the patio with a table and chairs and a BBQ. There is ample off road parking and storage for bikes.
