It s ideally positioned just off the main A82 route through the Western Highlands making it the ideal base for discovering one of the most romantic areas of Scotland, famous for its spectacular castles, dramatic scenery, mystic glens, rugged coast and abundant wildlife. A short drive will take you to the popular Nevis Range (17 miles) where you can experience the scenic mountain gondola ride, explore miles of forest track, be challenged by a championship mountain biking track and enjoy excellent winter skiing and snowboarding. Sleeping up to three guests in two delightfully presented bedrooms, this welcoming single storey cottage is full of character and furnished to a high standard. Great care has been taken to ensure a memorable home from home holiday and many thoughtful touches make the cottage a lovely base to return to and relax in after an active day out and about. The spacious living room with its comfortable seating, dining table and cosy wood burner is glorious for quiet evenings. The stylish, bright and well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, under counter fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine has a fabulous outlook across a field to the hills beyond. There are two comfortable bedrooms one double and one single and the family shower room are easily accessible. Outside, the patio area creates a lovely spot for sitting out in and enjoying summertime drinks and alfresco dining and there are many beautiful walks to be enjoyed straight from the doorstep. The cottage is adjacent to National Cycle Route 78, The Caledonia Way, and your bikes can go in the lockable bike store when not in use.
