Bedroom 1: With two single beds, TV and en suite shower room with shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.
Sun Room: With stunning views across the water. This room is a lovely second lounge with views across the water.
Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin.
Bar Area: With large, open fireplace with table and chairs enjoying stunning views across the water. Darts and pool table available to guests (returnable deposit required for pool table payable direct to owner). Although bar area will be closed, full bar and catering facilities can be arranged for special occasions by prior arrangement with the owner.. First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With 5’ four poster bed, TV and DVD enjoying stunning sea views from large windows and en suite facilities with shower over bath, WC and wash basin. There is a comfortable seating area with table and chairs overlooking the bay.

Built as a hunting lodge for the Lord MacDonald of Skye, Sconser Lodge exudes a baronial air yet offers every modern comfort. It is situated in a stunning location on the shore line overlooking the beautiful Sound of Raasay on the Isle of Skye. Wood panelled walls, massive open fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious rooms throughout make this elegant and impressive house a perfect location for a special occasion get together. A solid wood four poster bed in the master bedroom completes the picture. Run as a hotel during the summer months, the accommodation is converted to a large self catering holiday house for guests from November through to April. The dining hall is adaptable to suit all parties, with one large table or smaller ones as required. The bright spacious lounge has a real homely feel, dominated by the large open fireplace and original windows that drink in the amazing sea views. There is also a second lounge, ideal for a quiet read or just relaxing and enjoying the amazing seascapes. The bar area off the dining room provides further space and, whilst the actual bar will be closed, it can be made available, together with full catering facilities by arrangement with the owners, for a special occasion meal. This is a fantastic house for an extended family group, a gathering of old friends or can simply provide an excuse for lovers of the great outdoors to get together and enjoy a break in this glorious setting. Sconser Lodge is set in an acre of grounds. Lawns lead down to the water’s edge and it even has its own jetty from which to fish or launch your own boat or canoe. A separate fully enclosed decked area provides a lovely play area for small children, complete with Wendy house and small table and chairs. With its close proximity to the sea, otters and seals can be spotted along the shore line and whales, dolphins, porpoises and rare sea eagles are all seen in the area.
