This stylish cottage, both wheelchair accessible and pet friendly, is located in the popular sailing town of Yarmouth, a fantastic base from which to explore all that s on offer on the Isle of Wight. There is so much to see when you visit this beautiful island. Why not take a trip to the nearby Needles Landmark Attraction and Old Battery or spend the day exploring Osborne House, once the palatial holiday home to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert? If you love the sea, then you ll love the glorious beaches in nearby Colwell and Freshwater Bay as well as Yarmouth s pretty Sandhard Beach, just a short stroll across the river. For children, the nearby Tapnell Farm offers a great day out with indoor and outdoor attractions, including the all ages aquapark. You are also spoilt for choice with places to eat out on the island, including a range of amazing options in Yarmouth, all within a few minutes level walk of the cottage. Enter this cottage and make your way through the spacious hallway into the social open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen comes equipped with a Rangemaster oven and hob, an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A welcoming dining table with ample seating for the whole family can be found here, as well as access to the terrace and garden through the bifold patio doors. This cottage offers two lounges, both of which include a TV. The first lounge is a great space to retreat and read a book or for the children to enjoy some downtime in front of a DVD; the second boasts a wood burner and another set of bifold patio doors offering further access to the terrace. This is a light and airy space, ideal to relax in all year round, whether that s with the doors open looking out over the garden, or in cooler weather, in front of the fire, after a busy day exploring the island. The ground floor bedroom with an electrically adjustable small double bed features ceiling track hoisting from the bed to the en suite wet room with a shower and WC. An additional, fold out bed is available for carers if needed. A separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer completes this level. Head up the stairs to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms can be found. The main bedroom with a super king size bed comes with an en suite bath and shower room and WC; the next bedroom provides a double bed, then the next bedroom includes twin beds. The final bedroom on this floor comes with a fold out single bed. Finally, you have the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The secluded, rear garden features a large terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ, which make this an ideal space in which to enjoy some al fresco dining. The terrace is also home to the seven seater hot tub, a joy to relax in all year round, and with hoist access. A gently sloping ramp provides access to the lower garden from the terrace. There is parking at the front of the cottage for up to two cars.
