The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, a TV and a sitting room with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, a double (zip/link) and two second-floor twins, along with a bathroom, shower room and a ground-floor shower room hosting a washing machine and tumble dryer also. Outside, there is a large lawn with furniture and an enclosed smaller garden with furniture and a stream, as well as off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Within 3 miles there is a shop and within 1.4 miles, a pub. For a bliss-full escape to the coast, stay at the charming Crompton Grange. Please note: There are steep stairs in the property so take care. Note: There is no car charging facilities at this property. Charging is strictly forbidden.

OTHER THAN FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING PURPOSES, NO CARS MUST BE LEFT OUTSIDE THE PARKING AREA (WITHIN THE GATES OF THE FRONT DRIVE) SO AS NOT TO OBSTRUCT ANY PART OF THE PUBLIC FOOTPATH, WHICH IS ALSO USED BY AGRICULTURAL VEHICLES.
