The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and fridge, a dining area with seating for two and a sitting area with an electric fire and Sonos speaker. There is a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, decked area, furniture and woodfired hot tub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop and pub within 0.7 miles. Note: The woodfired hot tub will be made available with fresh, cold water ready to be heated; the owners offer a heating and tending service for the initial heat up by prior arrangement (this takes at least four hours and two barrows of wood) at an additional charge of £95.00 to cover wood and water cost. Note: Once up to temperature, the water will stay relatively hot until the next day as long as the written instructions are followed; less wood is required to light the fire and guests can rekindle the the flame and heat the tub within an hour in summer (slightly longer in colder weather.) Note: If the heating and tending service isn't selected, the owner will leave logs and a hosepipe for guest use.
