A hallway leads to the cosy lounge area with Smart TV/DVD, sofa and two armchairs, a great place for relaxing with the family. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking), with en suite shower room and WC and a double with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Both bedrooms have fabulous views to the countryside beyond. Patio doors open from the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and lead onto a decked area with a table, chairs and BBQ. At the end of the pretty enclosed garden there is access to the owners swimming pool (which can be used by arrangement with the owner from June to September). At the front of the property is off road parking for two cars. All outdoor furniture in the Coach House grounds is available including the sun loungers by the pool they must be wiped down after use. The dining table and chairs in the pool house are unavailable.
