Arnside is located in the south of Cumbria on the tip of the Lake District in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The amazing pier and promenade areas of the village offer stunning views across the Kent Estuary and the local surrounding area is a nature lover's paradise, along with plenty of local shops and eateries. Within easy touring distance are the Lake District and Lune Valley, the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland. The front door of this magnificent old building is something to be admired. Through the lobby and up the stairs, you arrive at the apartment s main door. Heading through the door leads into a light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with state of the art kitchen facilities. The lounge area has comfortable luxurious sofas, and large picture windows with breathtaking views over the bay. The dining area has seating for four, whilst the kitchen area offers everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals. There is also a 56 LCD Smart TV. Next is the master bedroom with a super king size bed and en suite shower room and WC. The bathroom offers a bath with shower over and WC. Finally, there is the twin bedroom with similar amazing views. There are 2.5 acres of shared gardens to enjoy with plenty of seating spots to enjoy the amazing views over towards the sea and beyond.
