Perched on the outskirts of Ingleton in North Yorkshire, is this superb three-bedroom detached house, Bazadaise. Enjoying a fantastic location on the fringes of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and adjacent to the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Bazadaise is the perfect setting for a group of friends or family of six who are looking to explore the wonders of North Yorkshire. Park up outside of the property with your choice of an ample driveway or a double garage, before unloading your bags and taking in your peaceful surroundings. Be welcomed into the spacious sitting room, where you can look forward to curling up on the large, velvet L-shaped suite in front of the electric fire and selecting the evenings entertainment, courtesy of the Smart TV. As stomach’s begin to rumble, make your way through to the well-equipped kitchen, where you can conjure up a delicious feast with the help of the electric oven and halogen hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, along with a dishwasher ensuring cleaning up is a breeze! Settle down around the dining table to savour a tasty meal, as the wine is poured, and plans are made for the days ahead. Just off the kitchen you will find a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh! Completing the ground-floor is a convenient cloakroom where you can freshen up before setting out for the day. As your eyes grow heavy, climb the stairs to the first floor, where you will find three beautifully decorated rooms, a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, each with a large wardrobe for your belongings and further served by a bathroom which features a beautiful free-standing bath, where blissful bubble baths are waiting to be enjoyed. Awake from a leisurely slumber and take your morning coffee out in the rear garden or front garden which hosts a lovely bench as you watch the world go by. Head into Ingleton where you will find two welcoming pubs where you can treat your guests to a scrumptious pub lunch, a bakery and a fish and chip takeaway, great for those evenings where you fancy a night off from the kitchen! Walkers will delight at the nearby Ingleton Waterfalls Trail which will take you across four miles and past several scenic waterfalls or the picturesque Dales Way which spans for 80 miles of lush countryside and offers panoramic views along the way. If you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, pay a visit to White Scar Cave, where you can explore the deep caverns and waterfalls, as well as sample a coffee in the Dales-view café afterwards. Just a short drive away is Kirkby Lonsdale, home to the historic Devil’s Bridge and the beautiful viewpoint of Ruskin’s View, here you can sample the delights of the chocolate shop, enjoy walks along the River Lune or test your clubs out at the nearby Casterton Golf Club. Venture further into the National Park, where you will find Malham, home to the fascinating sites of Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and Janet’s Foss. For a getaway to the Yorkshire Dales like no other, secure your stay at Bazadaise.
