Honey Cottage is a character cottage located near the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale in Cumbria close to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms comprising one king-size double, one double and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen, utility and sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is a terrace garden with furniture and a permit is provided for roadside parking nearby. Located in stunning countryside, Honey Cottage is a wonderful cottage in a fabulous part of the country.

Note: Steep staircase with left turn as often in cottages of this age, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: One step from back door to patio terrace and two steps to lower level. Note: There is a steel staircase to rear of the patio terrace for rear access. Note: One parking permit for roadside parking on first come first served basis, within a minutes walk of the property. Please note: this property only allows one booking per week within the Friday to Friday changeover period regardless of nights booked.

Nowadays, Thursday is market day, a perfect opportunity for visitors to explore the variety of distinctive shops in the town. There are three golf courses nearby, as well as riding, fishing and a variety of riverside and country walks, making the area an ideal location, whatever time of year.
Located in Carnforth, this cottage is on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Yorkshire Dales National Park and Lake District National Park. The Enchanted Chocolate Mine and Lakeland Wildlife Oasis Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, and cycling nearby.
