Inside, it also includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Its outside area hosts plenty of off-road parking as well as a lawn and patio with furniture and a barbecue. Langham is a wonderful spot to base your Rutland holiday.

The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a small water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities.

Browne's Hospital and Museum and Lyddington Bede House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Stapleford Park Golf Course and Corby Tennis Centre.
