Situated in a quiet location to the rear of the owner’s home and restaurant, but in the heart of the market town of Harleston on the Norfolk/Suffolk borders, it is an ideal base to explore both counties. Harleston enjoys an abundance of independent local shops, cafés and pubs. Fishing available at Harleston Lakes, a 10-minute walk and miles of easy access to the River Waveney. Find yourself in lovely countryside within a few minutes, accessed by walking, cycling or driving. A 10-minute drive to golf courses at Bungay and Diss. Visit historic Norwich or the Victorian seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh, all within a short drive. Other great places to visit include Dunwich, Snape Maltings, Orford, Framlingham and the Broads. Shop and pub 100 yards, restaurant 50 yards.
