A 5 star, grade two listed barn which has been lovingly and sympathetically converted to an extremely high standard. Providing spacious, luxurious and comfortable self-catering accomodation, situated around a central courtyard it retains many original features and the character of a traditional brick and flint Norfolk farm building.

Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound. Separate extra living area off kitchen with extra tv and seating.

Upstairs - 3 King size bedrooms with ensuite bath and shower rooms, 1 Twin bedroom with bath and shower ensuite. Each bedroom has a TV.
Downstairs – 1 twin bedroom with wet room ensuite suitable for wheelchair use.

Originally built as a grain and straw store this barn has great character with its large full height windows and exposed beams. The open plan layout makes it suitable for large family gatherings and this barn can also be linked with Pentney Barn which sleeps six. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding countryside whilst one of the twin rooms is on the ground floor with private ensuite wet room and is suitable for wheel chair access, but the garden does have a step to the upper patio level.
This barn can be linked with Pentney Barn that sleeps six. Patios areas can be link too.
Adjoining door to Pentney Barn is sound proofed.
All six barns can sleep a total of 35, so an attractive alternative to a hotel for a corporate event or family/friends get together.
Located in Holt, this vacation home is in a rural area.
