The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The beautiful dining room creates the perfect backdrop to any meal whether it s a bite to eat or a celebration. The chunky wooden table, art deco furnishings and double doors opening out onto the garden, help to make this room the heart of the property. There is a choice of two lounges in which to relax after a day exploring the local area, one with a wood burner for that cosy or romantic atmosphere and both have Smart TVs to catch up on any must see programmes. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor including, a spacious super king size, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom suitable for both adults and children with views over the garden and water. A patio area with both seating and garden furniture offers al fresco dining opportunities as well as a superb spot to enjoy a drink and chat with friends. The wooden jetty is gated, although care should be taken with younger children, and provides a great platform to watch the abundance of wildlife or perhaps enjoy a spot of angling, all fish to carefully be put back to swim another day.
