Situated in the pleasant village of Little Walsingham, under 6 miles from the harbour town of Wells next the Sea and the beach. You can walk to nearby pubs, shops, (including the award winning Walsingham Farm shop)and the Wells to Walsingham steam train at the village station. Wells has handy shops and amenities for you to stock up from. Also within short driving distance are some local places of interest such as the nature reserve at Blakeney Point, which is home to England s largest seal colony. On arrival at the property, you will first encounter the hallway which serves as a conduit to the lounge, a WC, the kitchen/diner, and the stairs to the first floor it also has a book shelf filled with stories to get lost in. The lounge is a light, traditional style room with ceiling beams and a wood burner. With a dual aspect looking out to the front and side you can enjoy some gorgeous views of the garden. Ample comfortable seating is placed around the wood burner and the TV and DVD player . The kitchen is helpfully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a dining table to enjoy your meals at. On the ground floor you ll also find a WC and a storage cupboard. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and they each have access to their own en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom, accessed through an ancillary/dressing room, is a restful double and its en suite has a shower and WC. At the other end of the property is a single bedroom and bathroom comprising of bath with hand held shower, WC and wash hand basin. Stepping outside, you will love the frontal sunny patio. Take in the sun and take breakfast, there s plenty of garden furniture, and a beautiful shared garden. There is off road parking for one car.
