Cygnus Boathouse is a unique property situated in South Walsham in Norfolk and benefits from its close proximity to the South Walsham Broads. The South Walsham Broads are ideal for fishing, walking or just somewhere to admire the views. The boat house sleeps two in an open plan living area with a double bed. The living area pairs with the kitchen, with the shower, basin and toilet towards the back of the property. Outside there is a private balcony furnished with two chairs and table. There is offroad parking for two cars available. Cygnus Boathouse is in the perfect location for those wishing to venture out walking or visiting the fine sandy beaches. Please note: The access to the Boathouse is up a flight of fairly steep stairs so we would not recommend this property to anyone with any mobility issues or children. Electric heating.
