Many people, both locals and visitors, come to Holt to take in the unique atmosphere of its attractive Georgian squares and interesting array of shops and places to eat. A 4 mile drive north brings visitors to the Norfolk coast and the quiet village beaches of Cley next the Sea, Salthouse, and Weybourne. The larger sandy beaches at Cromer and Wells next the Sea are both excellent places to enjoy a leisurely day playing on the sand, paddling, and playing games, and are both situated within 12 miles of the property. The first room that guests come to on arrival at this converted coach house is the light and airy kitchen/diner with its large dining table and a good range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. One bedroom, a double, can also be found on the ground floor, next to which there is a stylish and contemporary shower room featuring a walk in shower and WC. The second double bedroom, meanwhile, is located on the first floor, a charming room set in the eaves of the property with a quaint romantic feel and beamed ceiling. Please do note that the location of this room and the period nature of the property mean that there is a low, sloping ceiling. A separate set of stairs from the ground floor leads to the cosy lounge, a characterful room with a TV. To the front of the property there is a pleasant courtyard area with a table and chairs making it a nice spot to sit out with drinks. The courtyard also doubles as an off road parking area.
