Nestling in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the Norfolk Broads, Mundesley is a perfect base for a fabulous family holiday, with the nearby cliffs offering stunning views and great opportunities for spectacular walks. Cromer, Great Yarmouth and the historic city of Norwich are all within easy reach. The nearest beach is located approximately only a 10 minute walk away, perfect for an evening stroll or a day building sandcastles. Ideally located in a holiday village with assistance on hand around the clock, this is one of four beautiful barn conversions which surround a delightful shared garden area. On entering this lovely property you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating and TV, the light and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a great day. You will also find a delightful dining area ideal for four guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a built in electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Exploring this cosy property further you will find two comfortable bedrooms: one double and a twin room. There s also a shower room and a separate WC. Stepping outside, there s a lovely communal garden which is shared with the other three properties on site. You can also relax in a private garden area to the side of the property, why not take a dip in the hot tub whilst enjoying the lovely views over the surrounding fields. You will also find an excellent self service cafe and games room. Ideally situated, this spacious open plan space has plenty of sofas and tables and a large TV screen. There s also a snooker table and pool table (pay as you go) as well as table football, a choice of board games, table tennis and customer toilets. There s a sun terrace outside with tables and chairs, making this a wonderful place to go if you want some extra space to relax. Free to use for all residents, opening times are from 8am until 6pm. Off road parking is available for two cars.
