About this space
The flat is newly renovated and is stylish and modern. It offers a bright airy space that is comfortable and well equipped. and ideal for a couple or small family. Overstrand beach with its lovely colorful beach huts and friendly cliff top cafe and a great shop and The Whitehorse Pub are within walking distance. Overstrand is a short drive from the more lively town of Cromer with its iconic Pier and all of the amenities you need. There is a lovely clifftop walk from Overstrand to Cromer.
The space
I'm really excited to be able to welcome guests to my lovely flat. The flat has recently undergone a complete renovation and is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with comfort and style in mind. My family and I love coming here to Overstrand and really enjoy all that the area has to offer.
My property sleeps four guests (1 double bed and 2 single) it is perfectly located walking distance to the stunning beach with its colorful beach huts.
The Living accommodation:
The property is situated on the 2nd floor
All rooms come off of the hallway which leads on to the open plan living space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the dining table seats up to 6 guests. There is a stylish comfortable sofa, coffee table and a unit housing some books and games. There is a smart free Sat TV with Netflix. (you will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications)
Off the hallway is a double bedroom two bedside tables with lamp, drawers and hook rails for hanging clothes.
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds a bedside table with lamp and hook rails for hanging clothes
The family bathroom has a shower over the bathtub and WC.
Parking is available on the road outside the property.
My flat is professionally cleaned and I supply freshly laundered towels and linen. Remote self-check in gives flexibility for late arrivals.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb to access the flat. There is on street parking on Harbord Road.

The property does not have outdoor space.
