The town is known for its two sandy beaches which are perfect for enjoying a whole manner of beach activities including swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and beach games. The town s pier is not only home to a traditional theatre but is also an excellent spot for having a try at crabbing which is a fun way to spend an afternoon. There is a good range of shops in the town, as well as an excellent choice of independent restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh locally caught seafood. Heading out of town, there are many interesting day trips on offer in the local area, including to the Norfolk Broads, Amazona Zoo, and the nature reserve at Blakeney Point. Stairs lead from street level up to the front door of this property on the first floor of the building, from where a private staircase leads up to the accommodation on the second floor. The first thing that guests will notice when they step inside is just how the large windows and clever create a stylish light filled space. The main lounge is a gorgeous room which offers access to the balcony and views over the town s rooftops. There is a range of comfortable seating, including some plump beanbags and two sofas. A Smart TV allows guests to keep up to date with their favourite TV shows or enjoy a fun film night. Three steps lead down to the spacious kitchen/diner, an attractive room with a sleek contemporary feel where there is a dining table seating eight as well as an excellent range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A doorway from the dining area leads through to the second lounge which has been set up as an entertaining snug room offering a TV and XBox games console. The master bedroom is a generously sized king size room which benefits from an en suite shower room, next to which the main bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC, whilst there is also a separate WC. The second bedroom is a cosy double room, with the third being a twin room. The property s balcony is a fabulous spot to sit out and enjoy alfresco drinks as the sun goes down and, offers pretty views over the town s rooftops. Part of the balcony is under cover and has garden furniture provided. There is an area to unload to the side of the property after which cars should be moved to one of the town s many public car parks, for which it is possible to buy a weekly ticket in advance from the local council s parking department.
