Norwich and Bury St Edmunds with their theatres, cathedrals, museums, cinemas and shops are within driving distance, and the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk Broads with picturesque villages, nature reserves and day boat hire are easily accessible. As you enter this spacious and characterful barn conversion you arrive at the hallway and into the lounge area, which along with its high ceilings, exposed beams and views of the front garden, there is a comfortable sofa and armchairs where you can cosy up together fire up the wood burner and put your favourite show on the Smart TV. Heading back through to the hallway and to the left you pass through the dining room which can comfortably seat up to 12 guests, the perfect space for sociable occasions with your loved ones. From the dining room, you head through to the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and a dishwasher, along with a smaller table with four seats that provides a suitable place for you to grab a light snack or a coffee. There is a useful utility room just off from the kitchen which has an American style fridge/freezer, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate WC. Back through the property and down the long hallway, again with exposed beams and artwork capturing some of the history of the property, you have a choice of three bedrooms. There is a super king size with an en suite shower and WC, a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en suite shower and WC, and finally a king size zip and link (which can be made into a 2ft 6'' twin on request) with an en suite shower and WC. If you want to soak away those tired muscles after a busy day out exploring, then there is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Heading outside you are spoilt for choice on where to soak up the sun and relax. The front enclosed garden has a table and chairs and in the back garden, you have a summer house with furniture, charcoal BBQ, and a patio area where you can dine alfresco whilst admiring the views across the fields. Two polytunnels grow seasonal fruit including strawberries, and guests are welcome to pick their own if available. There is plenty of off road private parking for four cars.
