The quiet coastal village of Trimmingham is an ideal place for those wishing to explore the truly beautiful North Norfolk Coastline. Visit the small fishing villages bursting with character and charm or the larger seaside resorts such as Cromer, a splendid example of a traditional seaside town with a pier stretching out over the sandy beach and an excellent range of independent cafes and restaurants, including many serving the town s famous local crab. The famous Broads can be reached within a short drive for day boat hire, fishing, nature reserves and riverside pubs. Family filled fun days out include Amazona Zoo, BeWilderwood and the Roarr! Dinosaur adventure theme park while sightseers should take a trip to both Felbrigg and Blicking Hall. The entrance lobby is laid with hand cast clay tiles and this leads directly into the hallway area where there is a plethora of the original beams still on display. The main bathroom is conveniently situated in this central area. On turning right in the hallway, the kitchen is located and is fully fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The range of kitchen equipment will enable any type of cuisine to be prepared, toasted sandwiches, paella through to a hearty Sunday roast. Take one step up into the stunning full height beamed dining room, which seats six and is divided from the sitting area by the inglenook chimney breast. The lounge has three large sofas centrally placed to enjoy the large ornate wood burner and enjoy the Smart TV. In the corner of the lounge, a flint bar will enable the budding mixologist the space to invent their own cocktail creations. The bedrooms are situated in the left hand fork of the Barn. The master double bedroom has a fully fitted wet room and WC and it incorporates three double wardrobes and a dressing table. The second double bedroom has a double wardrobe and chest of drawers; plenty of space to store luggage and necessary belongings. The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. To thoroughly enjoy this pretty, multi spaced secure cottage garden with an outside table, chairs and a BBQ simply open the double French doors leading out directly from the sitting room alfresco dining at its best.
