Popular with families, nature lovers and kite surfers throughout the year, Old Hunstanton is a very popular, peaceful and scenic coastal village ideal for families or friends alike. Ideally located to explore the wonders of the Norfolk coastline, you are just short walk from the popular Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, famous for its own superb coastline and is great for a family day out with its own resident fun fair and sea life centre. Keen golfers will also love Old Hunstanton for its championship golf course and for nature lovers this is an ideal location with Pensthorpe and Titchwell nature reserves within easy reach along with Blakeney Point where you can take a boat trip out to see the resident seal colony. Old Hunstanton itself has a handy shop with a post office, a beach cafe, and three welcoming foody pubs, but for more culinary and shopping options head to the vibrant market towns of Holt, Fakenham and trendy Burnham Market which are all within easy reach. Guests enter the property and arrive in the lobby which leads through to the kitchen area and the rest of property. Off from the lobby area is a ground floor shower room and WC which is perfect if you have been playing on the sandy beach all day and need to wash away the sand from your feet. Located in the shower room is a combi washer/dryer so you can wash and dry your clothes out ready for another day of exploring. There is also a snug with a sofa, TV and PlayStation 3 games console. The kitchen is well equipped, boasting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The lounge area is to the left of the kitchen and is spacious yet cosy with its large sofas, Smart TV and large wood burner perfect for the colder months. Heading back through the kitchen you will need to "Duck and Grouse" into the dining area which has a nautical themed décor and is the perfect family get together space for an evening meal to talk about the adventures that day and ahead. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a king size with plenty of storage space, the second bedroom is also a king size and the third is a twin room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC upstairs too. The enclosed outdoor space is accessed via the French doors in the lounge and the owner has provided a table and chairs to relax in the garden and take in the sea breeze.
