The property offers private parking on the garage apron for 2 vehicles. There is also some free on road parking. The property will accommodate up to 11 adults comfortably and the bedrooms comprise of four twin rooms, a kingsize en-suite room with adjoining single room. The ensuite bathroom comprises of bath with shower, WC and hand basin The kingsize and single room can be used as a family room as the two bedrooms are adjoining or as two separate rooms. In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is an addition upstairs shower room comprising of shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. All bedding is provided along with a bath towel and a hand towel per guest. A hairdryer is provided. There is air conditioning. The house has been recently refurbished and features travertine flooring downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, with American fridge freezer with water / ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric oven / grill, gas hob and plenty of cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery and crockery. We supply complimentary tea, coffee & milk to get you started.
The large lounge features a large Smart TV.
There is a separate dining area which comfortably seats 10 people.
There is a downstairs WC with wash basin and adjoining utility room with sink, washing machine, airer and ironing facilities available. A washing line is also available in the garden.
Free WIFI is provided throughout the property.
Central heating is available.
The property is conveniently located close to all major routes.
The UEA, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Norwich Research Park, Norwich Airport, City Centre, and Norfolk Showground are all within easy reach.

We only ever accommodate one booking at a time, so you will never have to share the house with anyone.
House Manager lives close by, so if preferred, ‘Meet and Greet’ can be arranged. Alternatively, a coded key-safe will be available for guests to access the keys to the property.
