This cottage is ideally located to explore the Royal Norfolk and North Norfolk coastlines, dotted with towns and villages of varying character. In the village of Heacham itself, not only is there a beach to explore, there are two pubs serving food as well as a host of takeaways, a bakery and a handy shop which is great for filling up on essentials. The popular Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is within a short car drive with a promenade and gardens, shops, pubs, tennis, bowling, golf, Princes Theatre, indoor swimming pool and Sea Life Centre. Take a trip to the nearby Brancaster for sailing and nature reserves and Snettisham Park for deer, baby animal feeding and pony riding. The Queen's home of Sandringham House and Gardens makes an enjoyable day out for all. Enter this wonderful property into the kitchen area which boasts a lot of equipment meaning the chef of the group will be at home with the use of a double electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, two wine coolers, while the utility room off from the kitchen houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen also offers a breakfast island with eight seats providing a more informal place to gather for a light snack along with a Smart TV and built in Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The kitchen leads out onto the hallway which leads to the open plan lounge/diner where you can gather around the Smart TV on one of the two large sofas whilst the wood burner provides the idyllic backdrop. The dining table has enough seating for up to eight guests and provides a more formal area to enjoy an evening meal with loved ones. There is a ground floor bedroom with a twin zip and link bed (which can be made into a super king size on request) and there is the convenience of a ground floor shower room with WC. Completing the ground floor layout is a snooker room consisting of a bar area and mood lighting, a Smart TV and a full size snooker table complete with seating. Head up to the first floor to the master bedroom with a king size bed and its own en suite shower room with bath and separate shower and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are a further king size room and finally a twin room. All of the bedrooms come complete with a chest of drawers, wardrobes and hairdryers. The bathroom has a free standing bath, separate shower and WC. Completing the first floor layout is a snug area with a Smart TV, PlayStation 4, sofa and bean bags providing the perfect play zone. Outside the garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and dartboard, and there is a sofa for the spectators. The garden is enclosed and has a lawn and decking area complete with a table and chairs for all guests and a charcoal BBQ has been provided. There is off road private parking for up to four cars.
