Enjoy a visit to Helmsley, a gem of a market town with its Norman Castle, delis, independent shops and galleries. On the North Yorkshire Coast, explore the old smugglers haunts and fishing village of Robin Hood Bay and be inspired by arty Staithes further up the coast. The forests and woods are one of North Yorkshires best kept secrets, an unexpected treasure, from woodland strolls amongst the ancient trees to 70 miles of cycle tracks in Dalby Forest.
