This wonderful barn is nestled in the pretty village of Rylstone, close to Linton Falls on the River Wharfe. With many footpaths straight from the doorstep, get your walking boots at the ready and spend your days strolling through open countryside. The popular market town of Skipton, known as The Gateway to the Dales , is just a short drive away, as is the charming village of Grassington. Malham is also within easy reach, home to one of Britain's most impressive natural features Malham Cove, which is a must see for anyone staying in the area. For children and railway enthusiasts, steam railways with regular excursions are available at nearby Embsay and Bolton Abbey, where the haunting Abbey ruins and Priory are a great day out for all. The front entrance is on ground level, full of character and charm, a spacious entrance hall leads through to an open plan lounge/diner. Relax on one of the sofas, watch a movie on the Smart TV or sit and marvel at the wonderful original features this property boasts. A large dining table takes command of the room, the ideal space for the family to sit and socialise over a home cooked meal. Moving through to the kitchen area, where you can sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy a glass of wine whilst talking to the chef of the group. Fully equipped with anything you could need to rustle up a hearty meal, including electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine fridge. To complete the ground floor of this wonderful home is a utility room with washer/dryer and separate WC. As you venture up the staircase you will find three double bedrooms, all boasting beautiful beams and one with en suite shower room with WC. In the centre of the hallway is a bright and stylish family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Heading outside to the rear of the property is a spacious patio area. Adorned with pretty plants, outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ, it is the perfect space to enjoy al fresco dining. There is off road parking at the rear for two cars. Please note there are sloping ceilings and low beams in two of the double bedrooms.
