Pickering (10.5 miles) is the base of the North York Moors Steam Railway a day out for all in the area. A delightful, social open plan living area showing off the original beamed ceilings and stone walls creates a place where you will spend the majority of your time. Here you have the kitchen, lounge area and a large dining area with a view towards the garden and fields beyond. Perch on a bar stool whilst the chef of the group creates a delicious home cooked dinner. The kitchen is generously equipped with every essential and more including a wine cooler to chill your bottle of fizz. The large dining table comfortably fits everyone around for mealtimes open up the wall to wall sliding doors on summer nights to the patio, extending your space and making it excellent for entertaining. After dinner, wind down on the comfy sofas and choose a movie to watch on the 65" Smart TV or connect your music to the soundbar. When it's time to retire, venture down the hallway to one of the three bedrooms, all with private en suite facilities. Each room features a super king sized zip and link bed (which can be twins on request) and are individually and beautifully styled. Each room has a door leading to the patio, where you can sit on a bench and enjoy a quiet morning brew. There is also a separate WC. Enjoy the views from the large garden and patio, light up the BBQ and enjoy your al fresco meal at the dining table outside when the night is drawing in, the firepit will keep you warm. The garden has been thoughtfully landscaped with lots of floral interest all year round. You can also take a short stroll to see the onsite ponies and alpacas.
