Tucked away in one of the many famous 'ginnels' in Whitby, this lovely little cottage is very conveniently located for walking to all the attractions which the resort has to offer. Bakehouse Yard leads to the town and shops from the top and at the bottom straight to the fascinating, picturesque harbour. Whilst situated in the old part of the town, the property is a Georgian style semi-detached cottage with a delightful, private enclosed garden at the rear. The compact but very comfortable accommodation is extremely well equipped and furnished. A number of steps lead down to the property, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

On the ground floor is a lounge/dining room and a kitchen with breakfast bar. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a three-quater bed and one with full size bunk beds. Shower room with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator, small freezer/ ice cube maker, Colour TV with DVD player,radio/CD/cassette player, microwave, barbecue, high chair. Bed linen and towels are provided. Gas central heating - there is no charge for gas or electricity. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Street parking a few minutes walk away, although you can get the car almost to the cottage to load and unload. Non smokers only. No unaccompanied teenagers. Sorry, no pets.
