The village of Seahouses has plenty on offer, with sandy beaches, vibrant fishing harbour and a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes, along with crazy golf and amusement, perfect for fishing, long walks and observing sea life. Take a boat trip to the bird sanctuaries of the Farne Islands with a range of wildlife, including grey seals and puffins. From Seahouses take the coastal path down to the picturesque village of Bamburgh, with its magnificent castle, glorious beach and the RNLI Grace Darling Museum. You can also visit the historic Holy Island of Lindisfarne. For golfers, Seahouses golf course is a friendly place and open to visitors all year round. The property is tastefully decorated with a nautical theme throughout and offers guests a warm and comfortable stay. Enter the cottage from the rear into the kitchen/diner with seating for five. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Head on through to the light and airy lounge which has comfy seating, a rocking chair to sit back in and enjoy a good book or Smart TV with Chromecast. You ll stay warm and toasty on those chillier nights with the wood burner firing away. Take the stairs up to the first floor to find the three tastefully decorated bedrooms, one double with an en suite WC, a king size room which overlooks the garden and has a TV/DVD and a single bedroom, each with quality bed linen ensuring a good night s rest. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside, the cottage has a private garden with garden seating, where you can sit back and relax. There is a parking space at the rear of the property for one medium sized car.
